Your Responsibilities
As an HR Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR department in fostering a positive and productive workplace. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture and policies.
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Supporting payroll processing by collecting and verifying timesheets and attendance records.
  • Assisting in organizing and executing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
  • Contributing to employee relations initiatives and promoting a healthy work environment.
  • Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are communicated effectively to all employees.
  • Providing administrative support to the HR team as needed, including preparing reports and maintaining HR metrics.

Your Profile
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for HR and a solid understanding of human resources practices. Your profile should include:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Previous experience in HR or a related administrative role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an aptitude for building relationships at all levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with HR software systems.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
